These terms are an agreement between you and DailyAi.Work. By creating an account or using the website or extension, you accept them.

The service

DailyAi.Work provides a web app and browser extension for saving, organizing, searching, and reusing your work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. DailyAi.Work is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers. You use those services under their own terms.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
  • Upload malware, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Overload, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows.
  • Use the service to send spam, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
  • Violate the terms of the AI providers you use alongside the service.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Your content

You own the content you save. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it only to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership, and we do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for having the rights to what you save.

Our intellectual property

The service, software, design, and the DailyAi.Work name and logo belong to DailyAi.Work and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms. Feedback you send may be used freely to improve the service.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (currently Pro at $12/month (or $99/year — save 31%)) renew automatically until cancelled and are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe, Razorpay, or Paddle, as shown at checkout). Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change. AI providers change their websites without notice, so extension features that depend on them may stop working until updated.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for how you use it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DailyAi.Work is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your data first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of India, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them. Contact: support@dailyai.work.
